Nutrition Consultation
The Nutrition Consultation is very well suited for those who want to change their eating habits and lifestyle, in a short period of time.
The Nutrition consultation consists of an initial appointment of 90 minutes. In advance you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire and a food diary, which you will take with you to the first appointment.
First Consultation
During the first consultation the questionnaire will be discussed indepth, your main symptoms (medical history) and what your goals are. After the consultation, a personal treatment plan will be specially prepared, that you can incorporate in your busy lifestyle.
Treatment plan
As a first step to better health, you will get advice about which diagnostic testing you should do. After the test results, Bo will write a personlized treatment plan for you. This will be discussed in the follow up consultation.
The treatment plan contains the following information:
- eight week protocol
- nutritional advice
- supplement advice
- lifestyle advice
- if needed other therapies will be recommended
Follow-up appointments
Follow-up appointments are important, to regain the balance of your health.
Rate
The rate of the Nutrition Service amounts to € 285,00.
This Consultation is € 95,00 per hour and below is a summary:
- 90 minute consultation
- 90 minute summary of your treatment plan and personal advice on your food intake
note: Whenever a complex case results in more than the 90 min prescribed, then a further € 95,00 will be brought into account.
