This program is perfect for those who need guidance with their diet and need to change old habits. Bo will advise and guide you daily from a distance; via email you will receive advice and tips. You can contact her every day with your questions or concerns and expect a reply the same day by email.*

Nutritional Consultation
The Nutrition Online Coaching is only possible after you have done the Nutritional Consultation program. As it is neseccary for Bo to know your nutritional and medical history, in order to give good and safe advice.

The fees for the Online Nutritional Coaching Service is €60,00 per month.
