FAQ - What is nutrition?
Nutrition
Despite eating a balanced diet, we live our life in a busy and stressful world, with pollution and environmental toxins, no wonder there is a major burden on our bodies. It is a real challenge to stay healthy all the time in today’s world. There is too much variety of foods that we can choose from, so we no longer know what is good and what is really harmful to our body. A nutritionist will analyze your diet in depth and your lifestyle. There is a difference to an ordinary dietician, as they just give you a handout with foods. A nutritionist will tell you why you need to increase certain foods and how to combine them, so there is no burden on the body. Often diagnostic testing is needed to see how toxic the body is. Advice will be given on supplements such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and fatty acids, these are prescribed in a higher dose, which is required to support and strengthen the body.
